Shellfish Lovers – Appetizers

Archaeology has shown that humans have been making use of shellfish for thousands of years. Nowadays shellfish dishes are a feature of all the cuisines of the world, with a few exceptions. These selections will make your next party a splash!

Tender Littleneck Clams served on the shell with bacon, lemon, bread crumbs and a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.

Basil and Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp with Garlic Mustard Aioli
Jumbo Mexican shrimp wrapped in fresh basil and aged Prosciutto grilled to perfection are served with a homemade Aioli loaded with garlic, mustard and basil.

Petite Lump Crab Cakes with Cajun Remoulade Sauce
An easy to make crab cake using sweet lump crab meat and traditional seasonings coated in Japanese Panko bread crumbs. Pan fried and served with a slightly spicy Cajun flavored Remoulade.

King Crab and Guacamole “Nachos”
The “King” of crabs sits atop of a pile of fresh made lime infused guacamole on a homemade wonton “Nacho” cup. An amazing presentation and a mouthful of flavor!!!
