Savory Soups

Soups are a food that is made by combining ingredients such as meats or fish with vegetables in a broth, stock or hot/boiling water to form a flavorful broth. When the weather starts to turn cool, we turn to warm savory soups. Tonight we will master these four soups…

Southwestern Corn Chowder
They don’t make chowder like this in New England!!!! Just enough jalapeno to keep you warm all night!

****
Blue Corn Tortilla Soup
A savory and bold broth poured over tender chicken, Jack cheese and blue corn tortillas.

****
Cream of Yellow Squash and Morel Mushroom Soup
A surprising combination of earthy flavors. This quick and easy soup always pleases.

****
Classic French Onion Soup
A classic “Steakhouse Soup”, topped with a crisp cheese topped crouton is rich and comforting with just a hint of sherry for a refined finish.
