
Fish and Chips Outdoor Party
For a good outdoor fish fry, you need a wok, an industrial custom made wok.

In fact you may need more than one, this party was for over a hundred folks.

Each wok holds about 5 quarts of peanut oil and can produce tasty food for
hours.
Here is Pam grabbing hot seasoned beer batter fried fish, Mahi-Mahi that day..

I have two woks that can travel anywhere you want a party. Fish and Chips or
maybe some Shrimp Tacos.
